When we are not welcoming our guests and helping them enjoy their visit to the Westcountry, we are busy running our Organic farm!
We are very proud of Bowden; it's a Soil Association certified Organic farm rearing Rare Breed Beef Shorthorn cattle and Naturally Coloured Shetland sheep.
Quality purchases direct from Bowden
Woollen collection
We produce a small exclusive range of quality woollen products for our select customers.
Our naturally coloured Scarves and Furnishing Throws are made from the finest, softest, Shetland wool. The three natural colours of grey, fawn and cream are carefully spun and woven to create our Bowden Tartan'.
The gorgeous, super soft lambskins, also in natural colours make superb rugs.
These unique gifts can be ordered directly from Bowden or take one home after your stay.
Organic meat
The source of your meat defines what you are eating. We produce meat like it used to be; meadow grass fed, traditionally reared and well cared for, our organic cattle and sheep thrive on species rich coastal grassland and in turn give wonderful flavoured meat.
We sell Meat Boxes directly to our customers. Nationwide deliveries available by mail order.
